THE NEW FRONTIER FOR VACUUM/CARPET CLEANERS: MORE MECHANICAL STRENGTH AND MORE EFFICIENT SUCTION POWER

Product innovation has always been the goal for Lindhaus proven by the design of its new cleaning machines.  That goal was met by the LS38 L-ion, the mini multifunction vacuum sweeper for floors and carpets. The world premiere for the LS38 L-ion was at the ISSA Interclean show in Chicago, October 2016.

The idea behind the design was to provide superior mechanical strength to the machine, reducing the energy required for the suction, thus obtaining significant energy savings and higher cleaning efficiency compared to the other vacuum/carpet cleaners on the market.

This is achieved by the action of the 2 counter rotating high speed brush rollers (2000 RPM) each equipped with a double bristle. The counter rotating action of the two rollers produces the same cleaning effect of one single 8000 RPM brush roller. The double counter rotating action brushes the carpet pile in both directions for a deeper cleaning.

Another innovative element is the wider dust and debris opening.

Conventional vacuum/carpet cleaners on the market are equipped with a tube having an opening of about 1.24” through which the captured dirt is collected. The LS38 L-ion instead has a suction width of 5.12” almost the entire width of the brush roller. This prevents large debris (pens, paper clips, pebbles) from obstructing the duct opening. Extra quiet with maximum reliability, guaranteed by the traction system with timing belts / V Poli patented on an international scale, which allows the counter rotation of the rollers.
